Under Armour Raises Full-Year Outlook

The powerful second quarter led the business to raise its prognosis again for full -year sales. Shares, which have doubled in the prior year, increased 15% to $69.55 in Thursday's trading. The results run counter to slow increase in retail sectors, where sales remain poor amid on-line competition and tight consumer budgets. The Baltimore-based company is riding what retail analysts anticipate to be multiple years of growth.
